SwimFAST strives to teach sound fundamentals of body position, kicking and proper stroke mechanics to develop good habits from the beginning of every swimmer's journey. The goal of SwimFAST swim lessons is to set each swimmer up for success wherever their aquatic journey takes them.

01 Fundamentals

Our introduction and expectations for a SwimFAST instructor.

02 Instructor Training

All of the training material you need to be ready for the in-person training session. All sections must be completed before your in-person training.

03 Instructor Tests

After each section of the training you will find a test. You must score an 80% to pass that section and move onto the next one.
