Fishers Diving Competition Plan
Competitions
– Once AAU and USA Diving have published the meets for this 2024- 2025 season, a meet schedule will be sent. So far, the only competition listed is the senior level Winter Nationals Qualifier. This Winter Nationals will be hosted in December at IU Bloomington. The elite group will be training for this competition. There is a minimum degree of difficulty (DD) requirement for this meet. I will communicate to you and your athlete if he/she will be participating. Please note the dates of the competition are 12/08/2024-12/10/2024 for the qualifier and 12/11/2024-12/15/2024 for the nationals. Depending on the event schedule, be prepared to possibly miss school. Also, any high school diver will need to get a waiver from IHSAA to compete since this is during high school season.

Hosting Competitions – Our goal is to host a few competitions throughout the year. I will communicate these dates once I have them. We will need all parents to help with the running of these events. Please note that the money we earn from these events will go back to the club. If we earn enough money, it will cover coaches travel fees for competitions.
